8. Great Pyramid of Giza (Egypt)
The Great Pyramid of Giza is a huge pyramid built by the Ancient Egyptians. It stands near Cairo, Egypt. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain mostly intact. When it was built it was 146.5 meters (481 feet) tall. It was the tallest building in the world for over 3,800 years. The pyramid was probably built for Khufu, an Egyptian pharaoh. It was perhaps built by Khufu's vizier, Hemiunu. It is believed that it took about 20 years to build.
7. Great Wall of China (China)
The Great Wall of China is a stone-and-earth fortification created to protect the borders of the Chinese Empire from invading Mongols. The Great Wall is actually a succession of multiple walls spanning approximately 4,000 miles, making it the world's longest man made structure.
6. Christ the Redeemer Statue (Rio de Janeiro,Brazil)
Christ the Redeemer Statue is an Art statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, created by French sculptor Paul Landowski and built by Brazilian engineer Heitor da Silva Costa, in collaboration with French engineer Albert Caquot. Constructed between 1922 and 1931, the statue is 30 meters (98 ft) high.The statue weighs 635 metric tons, and is located at the peak of the 700-meter (2,300 ft) Corcovado mountain in the Tijuca Forest National Park. A symbol of Christianity across the world.

The Colosseum or Coliseum, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, is an oval amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy. It is the largest amphitheatre ever built. Colosseum is an elliptical building measuring 189 meters long and 156 meters wide with a base area of 24,000 m2 with a height of more than 48 meter.
4. Machu Picchu (Peru)
Machu Picchu is an Incan citadel set high in the Andes Mountains in Peru, above the Urubamba River valley. Built in the 15th century and later abandoned, it’s renowned for its sophisticated dry-stone walls that fuse huge blocks without the use of mortar. Its exact former use remains a mystery.

Petra is a famous archaeological site in Jordan's southwestern desert. Dating to around 300 B.C., It was the capital of the Nabatean Kingdom. It contains tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, earning its nickname, the "Rose City." It's also known as The Treasury.

Chichén Itzá is a complex of Mayan ruins on Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula. A massive step pyramid, known as El Castillo or Temple of Kukulcan, dominates the ancient city, which thrived from around 600 A.D. to the 1200s.

The Taj Mahal is white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
